Cancellation and Refund Policy – Gwalior Khel Mahotsav

At Gwalior Khel Mahotsav, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all participants. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds may be issued for registrations or services offered through our platform or organizing team.
1. Event Registration Cancellation
- 1.1. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may request cancellation of their registration by submitting a written request via email to contact@gwaliorkhelmahotsav.com. - Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days before the event start date.
- A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
- 1.2. Cancellation Within 7 Days
Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, unless due to a valid medical or emergency reason, which must be supported with official documentation.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Gwalior Khel Mahotsav is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather, natural calamities, administrative decisions, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refunds will be issued to registered participants.
- Alternatively, participants may opt to transfer their registration to the next edition of the event.
3. Non-Attendance
No refund shall be issued for non-attendance on the day(s) of the event due to personal reasons, transport issues, or last-minute changes, unless covered under Clause 1.2.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer as per the participant’s preference.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
